By using our website or making a purchase (online, in-store, or at markets), you agree to the following terms. These protect both the customer and Crosswind Studios.

2. Custom & Print-to-Order Products

All items are custom made or print-to-order.

• All sales are final.

• No refunds or returns.

• Store credit may be offered at the owner’s sole discretion.

• In-person purchases (retail or markets) are non-refundable after payment.

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not accepted and will be legally contested with documentation of your agreement to these terms, proof of purchase, and delivery.

4. Shipping

• Orders ship within 2–6 weeks depending on the product and carrier.

• Shipping delays caused by third parties (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are beyond our control.

• Buyer is responsible for accurate shipping details; reshipments for errors not caused by us are at the buyer’s expense.

5. Privacy & Data

• We collect only necessary data (name, email, address) to process orders and communicate with you.

• We do not sell, rent, or misuse your data.

• Your data may be shared only with essential third parties (e.g., payment processors, shipping services).

• All data is stored securely using standard encryption and protection methods.

6. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive updates about new artwork, events, and exclusive offers.

• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

• We never sell or share your email for marketing purposes with third parties.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
